Une Imperial Pilsner (ou Pilsner Impériale) est une version beaucoup plus forte, plus maltée et plus houblonnée de la Pilsner classique. C'est une bière de type lager (fermentation basse) qui pousse à l'extrême les caractéristiques de rafraîchissement et de finesse de la Pilsner classique. Oui, en effet, on a ici une bière légère en goût type pils mais un peu plus forte avec un léger goût boisé et plus sucrée qu'une pils classique. Style ok mais autant partir sur une bière blonde classique à fermentation haute dans ce cas je trouve.
