Nose has citrusy tea like aroma I think this is the bergamot and maybe it resembles a little bit cactus aroma too. Taste has citrus, refreshing bergamot and sweet orange peel. The belgian yeast profile isn’t very strong it’s cleaner. Some alcohol is present but it’s pleasently soft as also the bitterness. Mouthfeel is smooth and a bit sticky with good moderate carbonation. This beer has quite modern take on tripel style. It’s weird in a good way and delicious!🍻

Samea tummahkon keltainen olut. Tuoksussa hento hedelmäisyys ja belgialainen hiiva. Maussa belgialainen hiivan mausteisuus, mietona alkava katkeruus joka terävöityy loppuakohti ennen katoamistaan ja maltaan valtaan tuloa. Erittäin hyvä trippel.
