My son and I are enjoying the 5th beer he bought from Gatlinburg. Alabama in a real tight game against Clemson for a birth in the final four. Color is very deep Brown, very thick head that is lasting. Brown malt aroma. A mediately can detect the vanilla beans. Texture is soft at first and then becomes a little dry. Play something mild Brownell malt that allows the vanilla to come through. A very easy and drinkable beer. A six-pack of this will work nicely. Oh my gosh! Good flavor, vanilla was very subtle. Smooth, rich mouthfeel. Drank a little then let it warm up a bit. Better cold.
