Nearly clear, medium brown, smootly running beer with tint hue. Weak carbonation. Scanty, fawn, iron-hued foam of short duration and which fades soon to still. Scent is medium strong and contains syrup, cane sugar as well as sappy homebrew. Tastes slightly sweet with syrup, caramelized malts and malt bread. The flavor contains also raisins and dried fruit. Medium body keeps alchohol well in control. Slightly bittersweet finish with malt extract, oat biscuits, hints of citrus and floral notes. Mouthfeel is sappy, immature, medium strong and light sticky.
