Hazy, bright yellow beer pours in the glass. Thin, white foam of medium duration. Weak scent with only minor grapefruit in the background. Sour lemon and grapefruit in the taste. Nevertheless, no wheat to be identified, yet this is American Wheat. Light body. Sour bitter aftertaste. Palate is light, a bit watery even, fruity and exceptionally crisp. This is more like a fruit Sour than an American Wheat. Delicate taste though.
