It's getting a bit cooler and darker outside after a fantastic weekend but I am defiantly barbecueing again. This Pilsner is a Spring-Summer seasonal beer from Cloudwater and it's straw pale with a minimal head. Enough hops to make you happy and it's crisp and clear as you would expect. Just wish it had a bit more poke. Perfect with some whiskey smoked ribs, but not a world beater.
