This Imperial Stout pours dark brown with a thin tan head. The aroma is roasted and malty with coffee, vanilla and herbs. The flavour is malty and herbal with medicinal notes along with coffee, prune, vanilla, liqourice and a hint of mint. Slightly medicinal. The body is medium with an oily mouthfeel and a moderate carbonation. Well balanced and interesting in taste.
