My son told his phone a basic description of this beer.
"Gemini, will you review this beer?"
Gemini: "You got it, here, it is."
"Behold the obsidian poor a liquid midnight cloaked in mystery. Aromas of coffee roasted to the edge of oblivion a rise like ghosts of the night mingled with the primal promise of dark, unyielding chocolate with every sip, a creamy tide surges across the palace. Smooth, like silk deceptively deep, it encases the soul in a coffee stout's embrace, a dramatic masterpiece. Born from Memphis soil, leaving only a lingering powerful memory. Sounds good, right?"
That's crazy!! I feel totally uneducated, you'll never mistake me for AI. But I definately want another now!

Third time to write this beer. First 2018, then 2019, now on the last day of 2020.
Begins with a low head which disappears quickly. Mild coffee aroma. Color is dark brown and opaque. Texture is soft but still a little crisp on the end. Distinct roasted coffee with a sugary background. Finish has a slight bitterness on the back of the tongue but still dominated by the roasted coffee.
I can enjoy this stout now as a more traditional coffee stout without all the additives. Coffee and sugar, that's it. Warrants me raising it again from 4.5 to 4.6.

Been a year since I have had this beer. After enjoying many other milk Stouts, I can now raise this a little. Very creamy, semisweet, very smooth. Really good beer. Moving up to 4.4 from 4.5.
