Perfetto brown ale

As usual I am behind schedule with the cooking tonight. Largely because I've been at the pub and had a couple of Nor Hops and an ESB. Very satisfying- especially as it was the first great sunset of the year over the River Severn. This Brown Ale is packed with five American Hops and a bag load of rye smashed into the mash. There is some tart fruit going on and an overlay of lemon and lime with the bitterness of the brown beer. It's far more exciting than that sounds and is finely balanced with a sharp edge. Quality.
