Liked this one for sure. Strohs has traditionally been associated with Detroit, but was bought out and is now brewed in La Crosse Wisconsin. Don't know how I feel about that and don't know if the taste has changed. Glad it still exists, at least. The taste is a touch more biting than the average lager, which is a big plus. Lighter in body and not particularly bready. Kinda reminds me of a Hamms, but a little heavier bodied. Not that sweet. 4.6% abv. $6ish for a 6 pack of cans at Bennys. Like the retro design of the can, my understanding is that it's a tribute to the old Germans that Strohs descend from.

I'm mixed with this one... I like the front end taste but not the back end. Not so much the aftertaste... I don't know... it tastes weird on the sides of my tongue.
