Going to try another pilsner. Started with a very high head, frothy, starting to dissipate fairly quickly. Color is a almost clear light yellow. Faint aroma. Feels both light and soft. Has that lightly sour bitterness that grapefruit has but a little different, perhaps floral. Finish has a pinch of sweet then drifting mild bitter notes. Unusual in a good way, I will gladly have another but won't be stocking my frig with it.
