Littéralement aucune mousse au service avec très peu de bulles dans le verre. Très intéressant au nez comme en bouche. Peu pétillante mais avec de fines bulles qui pique longtemps la langue. On sent un peu la torréfaction caramélisée.malheureusement trop faible sur le coté banane
