Long before the age of Celts and Vikings, Dulse has been harvested on the rocky shores of Northern Ireland, gathered for use as a nutrient and protein rich food source. Dried above open fires, it adds an intensely earthy, salty, savoury character with a subtle smokiness. Uniquely expressing the varied sensory experiences of a shoreline at low tide, we've paired it with Riwaka to bring its own savoury character, with a subtle fruitiness to round out the experience.
