“Yoi no Iro” is a Scotch Ale / Wee Heavy brewed by Tokaido Beer in Kawasaki, Japan. At 8% ABV, it has a rich, malty character with a distinctive sweet and herbal aroma from getto (shell ginger), a traditional Okinawan herb. Its flavors and aromas become richer as the beer gradually warms.
