Flight 3/5. Fairly similar to the two previous beers: transparent, pale gold. A clean white, silky lacing. Citrus hovers in the air: grapefruit and lemon. Pineapple, as well. The gustatory sphere tweaks in a fruitier direction as compared to the first two. The elements include grapefruit zest, lemon pith, orange, pineapple, resin and biscuit. Small proportions, of course. The impression is light, zesty, smooth, balanced, sessionable, even marginally tropical. Easy but fails to be bold enough for the ABV.
