We took a typical saison and heightened it to a new level. Darker than most, don't let the color fool you. It's high ABV  finishes lighter on the pallet due to the yeast that creates a dry, winelike flavor. Brewed with an array of citrus fruits, honey and peppercorns, this up north sasion is perfect for a day up north on the lake.
