This hefty, Belgian-style strong ale is the result of a collaboration between Colectivo, Sanford Restaurant, and Beer Fridge, who set out to create a balanced ale that straddles the line between the classic Belgian Tripel and Belgian Dubbel styles. Yeast-driven flavors of dried fruits and spice complement the full-yet-clean malty base. At just over 7.5% ABV, it's a welcome winter warmer.
