The Luminary is a simple blonde ale made with Belgian Ardennes yeast. A touch of lemon balm was added at the end of the boil, however the fruity and spicy esters of the yeast covered up any citrus notes from the herb. At 4.75% abv, The Luminary is an easy drinking ale that still has the presence of the Belgian yeast strain. Cheers!
