Somewhat darker than most sahtis here but not really dark. Ample rye malt and porridge in the fragrance. The taste is lovely and sweet-leaning. Rather full, lip-glueing, smooth. He who testifies to these things says, “Surely more Sahti is coming soon.” The grace of the Lord Sahti be with all. Amen.
