Medium full and medium dry body. Bit watered dark sweet malts. Aftertaste turns into very distinct, traditional Finnish rye bread with just a hint of smoke in it. Resembles Finnish home-brewed beer (kotikalja) added with rye. Best kvass I've tasted so far, love the bready aftertaste.
