Track x Messorem Täyteläisen herkullinen tipa. Makumaailma on täyteläinen ja tasapainoinen. Maussa runsaasti ylikypsiä hedelmiä ja kypsiä sitrushedelmiä. Kuivaa humalointia jälkimaussa, greipin lisäksi, kuten Messoremilla usein. Ronskisti humaloitujen neipojen ystävät tuskin jäävät tästä kylmäksi.

Track brewing ♥️ Messorem. Nyt ollaan jälleen odottavan jännän äärellä. Kaatuu lasiin nätisti sameana ja upean vaaleahkon keltaisena. Puolen sormen paksuinen nopeasti vetäytyvä vaahto. Suutuntuma on todella pehmeä, täyteläinen, pienikuplainen, raikas ja humalaisen mehuisa. Maun puolella alkuun mangoa, hieman ananasta, papayaa ja melonia. Sitten mukaan tulee appelsiinia, verigreippiä, limeä ja vaaleaa rypälettä sekä valkoviinimaista happamuutta. Runko täyteläinen, kauraisen keksinen ja hennon kermainen. Jälkimaku on hieman kuivattava, sitruksinen ja kivihedelmäinen. Vaikka odotukset olivat korkealla, on kyllä todettava, että ihastuttavan upea olut!

This NETIPA displays a hazy, deep peach yellow hue. Amazingly beautiful! The carbonation is a bit wimpy but manages to produce a creamy head that shoots two fingers high. The foamy crown shrinks soon to a billowy lace ring on the top. The scent is astonishingly fresh fruity: mango, cantaloupe, papaya and pineapple, from the southern hemisphere. Loads of sweet citruses, as well, most notably blood orange, tangerine and clementine. Biscuit in the maltbase, followed by a glimpse of cream. This has already stolen my heart, can't wait more to sip. 💛💛 Oh my. The palate serves a cornucopia of mushy mango, ripe pineapple, sweet papaya and juicy cantaloupe on a golden plate. Just like the fragrance suggested. Furthermore, I can spot blood orange, clementine, green grape and a hint of lime. The biscuity impression is restrained but the soft creamy component is bolder now. No trace of alcohol despite the ABV. Unbelievable! 💛💛💛 The body is full. And hence, obviously, keeps alcohol tightly tethered. The finish is truly citrusy, sweet-leaning, however, not abandoning the stonefruits either. The mouthfeel is full, soft, smooth, tropical and pulpy. The juiciness is directly from fresh fruit nectar. Very deep, creamy, and definitely crushable. This must contain an illegal amount of hops. If this is the result, I'm sure that the hop gods have given their blessing.
