Everyone likes a pale ale and we’re no different. We like to mix up the aroma hops a bit and you will find that Pale Fire comes in different versions sometimes. We have hopped with Mosaic and Amarillo, Amarillo and Citra, Nelson Sauvin and others including the legendary Hop X, an English trial-hop being developed by Dr Peter Darby at Wye Hops.

A heavily tropical pale ale with loads of mango coming through. Feels like a lot of hops went into this.

Quite a hoppy taste, but very pleasant. At 4.5% it is a good strength.

Olut kaatuu lasiin kullankeltaisena ja kevyesti utuisena. Vaahto on valkoinen ja keskikokoinen. Vähän jää pitsiä lasin reunoille.
Tuoksussa on sitruksista raikkautta: greippiä, limettiä ja kevyttä appelsiininkuorta.
Maku on napakka ja raikas. Sitrushedelmät johtavat makumaailmaa, erityisesti greippi ja sitruuna. Taustalla hienoista kukkaisuutta. Hyvin kevyt trooppinen makeus tasapainottaa katkeroa, mutta kokonaisuus pysyy kuivahkona. Katkero on selkeä.
Suutuntuma keskikevyt ja kuivahko.

Above average but not much, certainly more of a distinct taste when compared to your usual pale ale. Always love a textured can tho so well done on that front.
