We have combined some of the attributes of the most recognized stout in the US, Guinness, with the innovation South Shore is known for. We added a generous portion of home roasted Rye malt and milk sugar (lactose) to make a delectable roasty, nutty, yet not overly bitter beer. Conditioned and served with Nitrogen, which gives this wonderful beer it's creamy mouth feel and appearance.
