The first recipe developed by our assistant brewer Matt, this traditional Wee Heavy / Scotch Ale is full-bodied balance of roasted and chocolate malts with a slight earthy aroma. It has a smooth malt presence, with just the right touch of hops for a balanced, clean finish.
