The first beer for Saturday, after a little longer than one hour cycling under very warm sun. Almost bright, but slightly hazy pale yellow beer with rapid white foam. Scent is very pilsy: to herbs and grass. Taste is mild, almost watery but basically to pilsy herbs and grass, with hint to citrus. If light body and near watery beer makes it to be easy, then let it be easy. In my mind easy doesn't mean that taste is mediocre and without characteristics, like this was.
