We are at Whiskey River Ranch in Texas for our annual SOTS reunion. This is our 36th gathering on the Guadalupe river. This is entry number ten into our best beer contest. Have to love the name of this Texas brewery, Fat Ass. Light amber color, not much head. Has an abundance of hop bitterness. There is some Amber qualities but it's in the background and dominated by the hops. I would go on to discuss it more but since I have a couple of more beers I'm going to let this one go.
