Our first limited release batch is a Belgian Style Tripel brewed with Asiatic crystalized ginger and aged on fresh ginger root grown in Wisconsin. Sweet earthy ginger aroma wraps itself inside the Belgian yeast profile. Dangerously smooth and very drinkable.
