Our CPA will allow you to be the brewer and use the modern technique of dry hopping in a French Press right in front of you on the bar top. **The launch of our "CPA" Custom Pale Ale went so well this weekend that we just sold out of this pilot batch. We'll be brewing it on the big system this week and ordering a few hundred pounds of whole leaf hops in all 5 varieties so that we're able to serve MANY more in 3-4 weeks.
