Shortly after they are picked from the tree, coffee cherries are run through a depulper to remove their skins. These skins – called "cáscara" – are sometimes dried and steeped in hot water to make a rustic, flavorful tea. Our Cáscara Farmhouse Ale is crisp and refreshing, yet incredibly complex.
