Started out with a nice deep brown head but right after the photo it disappeared. Nothing left. Sweet breakfast coffee aroma. Solid texture without becoming syrupy. First taste you get is a faintly bitter breakfast coffee, sweet with notes of dark chocolate. The chocolate has the flavor of those Hershey's small dark chocolate bars, even with that bittersweet characteristic. During the finish the coffee, which is still quite strong, becomes very roasted. As you exhale from your nose you even get a coffee aftertaste as though you had just experienced your first cup in the morning. I've been to this brewery in Hattiesburg Mississippi. Not your typical beer bar in a brewery. Dark subdued lighting with couches and chairs set in groupings for people to sit back in a quiet mellow atmosphere. I guess you would call it chic. It was fun enjoying a unique experience for having a beer.
