Bell is a lovely ol' black dog, and it beer is a blend of a couple of our oldest barrels in the sour program.  A 2+ year old Burntwood Black soured with Wyeast Roeselare is the anchor of this beer.  Dark with a touch of roast malts, tart but clean acidity, and a bit of sweetness.
