Flight 3/4 (2). Clear, rose gold tinted beer. A clean white, dense moussy crown. Sustained. Jasmin in the fragrance. My goodness, it's super lovely! As if strawberry, too? It grows in intensity when the beer gets warmer. And horse stable. Strawberry actually is the first flavor that I spot in the taste, as well. Something floral, too. Like sweet-leaning. Beetroot would remain unidentified, did I not know it was there. Wheat malt and a tad brettanomyces. The mouthfeel is light, juicy, marginally earthy, floral, medium-tart, a tad puckering, acidic and... astringent (who guessed?). Innovative!
