I'm not finished, yet. Here we go! Flight 1/4 (2). Translucent, deep copper beer. A soft medium-white foam. Distant sour caramel in the air. Bitter. Purple gooseberry, dark plum, red wine, oakwood (despite being "sans barrique") and wheat malt land on my taste receptors. The mouthfeel is substantially tart and puckering, juicy, acidic, and even a bit astringent. My enamel is history!
