Flight 4/4 (1). Translucent, brilliant beer, the color is the lightest, like a mix of champagne and Pommac. Copious ginger emanates to my nostrils. Nice! The gustatory sphere puts forward relatively intensive fresh ginger mixed with sour apricot and pink grapefruit. The experience is spiced, piquant, tingly, juicy and a tad tart. And light. The best of the flight. Edit: I didn't realize this is such a low ABV beer. A big success given the ABV.
