Flight 3/4 (1). Lucid, straw beer. The most impotent lacing of these four, almost zero. A peppery scent. And spicy. This is getting interesting... The tastebuds enjoy hefty sour peach, lemongrass and Sichuan pepper. However, the spicy element is first moderate, but then, more or less disappears from the mouth. I wish it stayed. This contains brettanomyces but I can't recognize it at all, neither in the air, nor on the tongue. The mouthfeel is light-medium, tart, puckering, drying, spiced and faintly piquant.
