Thin head, super low carbonation. The robe is a bit hazy and has a pale color. I love the fragrance of the smell: we have a strong white grape presence, it smells almost like a Riesling white wine. We also have some discreet citrus notes (orange and lemon). 1 White grape fruity attack. .8 Then this wine like white grape dimension develops further. We also have some citrus notes that add up (orange and lemon). Some passion fruit notes are also there but are more hidden. .9 The aftertaste offers a gentle bitterness and sweetness. We still have a lot of wine like aromas along with some citrus and passion fruit notes. .9 This beer is great, it’s really close to a Riesling and a sparkling wine. It’s complex, well balanced and really gets close to a wine. Very well done! 1
