This is our first take on the more modern kind of IPA. Where you hold back on the early bittering hop additions and instead use a lot of dry hop ad­ditions in order to pack the beer full of flavor and aroma. The combination of hops we’ve gone for im­parts big flavors of pineapple and stonefruits. It’s unfiltered to preserve as much of that lovely hop character we’ve put in this beer.
