It’s decent, I remember this is what my dad used to drink years ago in the pubs! Quite malty with a bitter aftertaste. Nice bottle of nostalgia!

A full-flavoured crisp British lager with a rounded sweet malt taste and noticeable bitterness. Features hints of apple and digestive biscuit, offering a slightly richer profile than standard lagers. The finish has a pleasant lingering bitterness. Not sure what this tasted like back in the eighties and nineties but I’d rather drink this than normal Carling!

A classic British lager relaunched at 4.7% with a rounded sweet malt taste. Features slight apple notes and a touch of digestive biscuit. The finish has a pleasant bitterness with a rewarding malty flavour.
