Lucid, deep gold beer with shy, exceptionally rushed carbonation delivers a truly negligible, white head that dies almost immediately away. The surface is then totally flat still. The nose experiences strange sensations: stuffy, farmhousey and a bit cellary. Pale malt is recognizeable, accompanied by a fruity nuance as if distant apple. Is this okay in the first place? The palate saves a lot but still doesn't bring this to the top of my list. Pale malt with light-hoppy bitter tang is the key characteristic of the brew. A very remote, slick, butyric whisper travels throughout the drink. Not entirely clean, slightly unbalanced as well. The light-bodied beer ends with bitter, mild-hopped pale malt and a tad toast. The butyric nuance is, fortunately, absent. The aftertaste dies quickly. The mouthfeel is light, very slightly crisp, somewhat bulky and distantly butyric. It's also flat, unclean and unbalanced.
