Beer #2 is darker, amber in color and transparent. A soft moussy lacing on the top. Resin, grapefruit, biscuit, a wink of peach and remote black tea in the air. The tastebuds find grapefruit, peach, resin, black tea and a biscuity touch. The same variables both in the scent and taste but in different order of magnitude. The mouthfeel is light, zesty, pithy, marginally crisp and modestly drying. This is listed as an American IPA but definitely not old-school in my opinion. Rather modern instead. Hence, easy-drinking.
