Мелкопузырчатая кремовая шапка стаевает кружевами на стенках. Аромат сладковато-дрожжевой, как бочка из под кваса, с нотами сухофруктов. Глоток очень густой, тягучий. Сладкий и липкий как леденцы летом, вкус засахаренных фруктов, финики, сушеный инжир, пахлава. Алкоголь неразличим на вкус, но сушит слизистые оболочки и греет пищевод. Медленно прихлёбываю под разгром ЦСКА, мне всё нравится. A quadrupel from Khimki, 13% abv. I would have laughed 15 years ago, but look how it stacks up. A light brown ale, opaque, without sediment. A finely bubbled, creamy cap melts like lace on the walls. The aroma is sweet and yeasty, like a kvass barrel, with notes of dried fruit. The sip is very thick and viscous. Sweet and sticky like summer candy, the taste of candied fruit, dates, dried figs, and baklava. The alcohol is imperceptible to the taste, but it dries out the mucous membranes and warms the esophagus. I sip slowly while watching at the CSKA's grand fail, and I like everything about it.
