A fantastic play on a traditional Scottish Wee Heavy. Aroma is malty with fruit. The flavour is rich and complex, nice malt backbone with notes of dark stone fruit like raisins and dates. It's sweet but the sweetness is balanced with a hint of salt. Overall its like a salted caramel kind of flavour. Body is medium to to thick. It's 8.4% abv but it's doesn't taste it, a very drinkable and dangerous brew at this strength.
