New one to the collection.
The can looks, good, striking even. It's familiar enough to immediately recognise it as Full Sail, even though it is clearly different at the same time.
Pours a thin, watery yellow, semi transparent with lots of carbonation but no foam or head.
Smells nice, mild malt, thin hints of tropical notes you'd expect. Some pineapple, mango and peach. Mouthfeel is light, but crisp and refreshing. Carbonation is pronounced at the beginning and while it hangs around, it doesn't retain the impact, of say, a crisp lager.
Taste is decent, starts with light mango, a little watery but still there. The pale malt shows but again, it's light so the bitterness is gentle. Light pineapple follows before the peach rounds in and closes off with a light grassy note.
Very refreshing and satisfying AF IPA.
