C'est juste incroyable, ça ressemble à un smoothie, ça sent la cerise et la prune et puis en bouche tout est parfaitement dosé. Toutes les saveurs, l'acidité, l'onctuosité ou plutôt l'épaisseur, les bulles, la longueur...

Two little cuties @ Pien. This time I'll go sour. Beer #1 looks murky, dark burgundy. A suppressed lace ring emerged on the surface. The nose loves cherry, dark plum, blackberry, vanilla and a huge slam of graham cracker. The taste gives purple plum, sweet cherry, vanilla and a tad less dominant graham cracker. Strawberry is astonishingly prominent on the tongue while I didn't find it at all in the air. Lactose can't be missed either. Feels medium-full to full, nectar-like, pulpy, creamy, adjuncted and desserty big time. Crushable!

Tuoksu murupiirakan taikina. Maussa mansikkaa, luumusosetta, kanelia ja leivonnaista. Happamuutta voisi olla hieman enemmän. Hauska nestemäinen murutaikina.
