Nice deep, dark ruby color. Medium carbonation. Thin head. Very good looking beer. Regular stout smell: roasted malt, chocolate. Nice! .8 The attack is gentle. We have roasted notes. And a bit of chocolate too. .8 Some cherry notes develop in the middle but are quite discreet. .8 They kinda develop more in the end along with the chocolate. .8 Overall I was expecting more cherry but it’s a good beer! Nice chocolate aromas and regular stout notes. Nothing crazy but nice! .7

This has some cocoa, dark chocolate with some roasted malt and light+ char. There is barely a hint of cherry. Has a medium bitterness. Thin. Overall this was nice from a stout perspective. It was not very dessert-ish. Also, was disappointed by the lack of cherry. 4.0 as a stout but had to drop for missing 2 aspects expected. Best by Apr 7, 2026
