This needs a much bigger sour hit. What has been achieved here is a slightly peppery weissbier, which is nice but not what is promised.

Pleasant australian gose. Not sure what the Tasmanian native mountain pepper looks like but the result is anyway good. Not too sour, a little spicy, with a light citrus aroma.
