Charles V, born in Ghent (Belgium), was one of the most important Emperors our history has ever known. Charles V (Charles Quint in French) was also a devoted beer lover. In his honour this 'imperial' Golden Blond beer has been created: a top fermenting specialty beer, with a spicy and hoppy aroma, a smooth flavour and a dry bitter aftertaste. Food pairing suggestion: all kinds of starter, dishes with chicken or fish, a mild goat cheese.

Houla c'est bien bon ça. Petite bio wikipedia pour me situer ( bière belge ou nordiste ? ) La Charles Quint était à l'origine une bière brune titrant 9 % en volume d'alcool. Elle a été brassée pour la première en 1950 à l'occasion d'une célébration pour l'empereur Charles Quint à Beaumont. Dans les années 1970, elle était encore incluse dans la gamme de la brasserie Haacht puis disparut. La Charles Quint Rouge Rubis réapparut en 1999. Bref ça sent la maîtrise 😏
