Mild, somewhat malty, low on hops and bitterness, viscous and rich colour like a stout, but without the taste.

Happy Australia Day 2019 to all beer lovers of the world! 🇦🇺
Muddy, dark brown beer with decent, short-lived carbonation builds a beige, silky, tightly packed head that barely reaches one finger and settles gradually down to neat lace ring.
The nose receives easily recognizeable cocoa beans, a bit of coffee with soft cream, brown syrupy malt and a bite of chocolate. The taste receptors are pleased with the taste of cocoa beans and a small dollop of coffee that are accompanied by sweet brown malt and some milk chocolate.
The body is light to light-medium. The beer finishes with slightly bitter brown malt that has gained a faint roasted tang, chocolate cookie, coffee with cream and raw cocoa powder. The aftertaste disappears relatively hastily from the mouth.
The mouthfeel is relatively light, nicely soft and smooth as well as a bit lip-glueing. It's also somewhat desserty.
