Smooth pour left a yellow body with an amber hue and a light haze, with trace amounts of off white foam on the rim. Some soft bread notes, softly sweet, with dry crackers and plain biscuit. A little plain if I'm honest. The beer is medium bodied, with light foam and a medium level of carbonation that helps to keep a little liveliness in an otherwise uneventful beer. Taste is just a replication of the scent, mild sweet bread and dry crackers. Nothing new in the mix to help lift this up. This was a good, old school ipa but it brought very little to the table in terms of innovation.
