Bu la version 2016 de cette bière de Noël (j'ai un peu de retard). On sent d'abord les épices qui laisse en fin de bouche une note légèrement torréfié. C'est très doux et équilibré. Pas forcément très original mais bien foutu.

Cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and cloves in the taste. One of my favorite winter warmer beers. Always a treat each time I have it. This one is last year's version and is still tasting great, although the flavors aren't as strong. 4/5

Working on some Christmas beers tonight. Always a great one here. I'm getting some chocolate notes that I've never noticed before. I'll have to try this side by side with a fresh bottle once it's released this year. 4/5
